Description

8.5" diameter plate designed by Versace for Rosenthal. The pattern is called "Iconic Heroes" (Medusa)" and was manufactured 2013-2015 only (now discontinued). In the pattern's lexicon, this plate is called a salad/ dessert plate but to me it is sized more like a lunch plate. In any case, it has a band of red and gold decoration on the flange, bordered by a smaller black band with more decoration, all on a white ground. Does not have its original box but is still "new" (unused) and has an inspection sticker still on the back. This pattern is hard to find (most pieces out of stock on Replacements, Ltd) so you will have to collect pieces from multiple sources to put together a set, but in my opinion, that is half the fun!
